We accept returns of products which you are not satisfied or if you have received a defecctive article.
A defective product is one that has a manufacturing defect.
We won't accept returns of articles in poor conditions due to misuse.
The protocol for returning a product is as follows::
1) You should send the article with the original packing you got the product. Send an email to email@example.com indicating invoice number, reasons for product return and return.
2) Upon approval of your application, you will receive an email with the steps to make the return of the goods.
You can choose between two forms of delivery:
Through our courier: In these cases we will schedule the pick up with our courier. This service has a cost that will depend in the collection site. We will communicate you the costs of the service and discounted of the refund.
Postal: The customer can send us the return to the address given to you in the mail with the instructions to follow, through the postal service desired. Fees on delivery are never accepted.
Lanasalpaca will examine that the article meets the above conditions of return and if everything is OK, return will be accepted. Delivery costs will be paid in case of defective product by Lanasalpaca. The refund will be made for the same amount you paid and the same method of payment you used. When you return the product, do not forget to send the product in its original packaging.
