Seronda (hat - scarf)
The Seronda Cowl is a cowl that uses the same braid panel as the Seronda Cowl and Hat. Braids are simple and easy to memorize and create a lovely texture. It is knitted flat starting with a provisional cast-on and joining at the end with a three-needle closure, so it's easy to adjust to the length you want.

SERONDA HAT Description: The Seronda Beanie is a quick and fun beanie to knit using the same braid pattern as the Seronda Jumper and Neck. The braids form an elastic fabric that adapts well to different head sizes. Strain: 19 st and 28 rows on 10 cm knitted in 1/1 rib (not stretched) with the smallest needles. 21 st and 22 rows on 10 cm knitted in the cable pattern (not stretched) with the larger needles The tension is not very important for this pattern since, being an elastic fabric, it adapts well to any size. Matching the tension is only important if you have very tight yarn and you need to be able to knit it with the quantities given above. Size and dimensions: One size. Dimensions: 23 cm wide and 22 cm long (with the elastic folded). Difficulty: The most difficult is the tube mounting, but I give a couple of easier alternatives in the pattern and includes links to videos of the different techniques. If you have never tried to make braids, it is a good opportunity to practice them. I think they are not very difficult and an adventurous beginner could do them without problem.
